Registration Form

For filming on general public property in the City of Houston limits, please submit a completed Registration Form and Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to production. The Registration Form will be given a registration number, signed by the Executive Director and returned to keep a copy in your production kit while filming on general public property in the City of Houston limits.
